Negative effects of Fear
Research has shown that more than 70% of the population in the world are living with negative effects of fear; depending on the kind of situation in which they find themselves. Fear, therefore has been globally defined as an unpleasant emotions caused by threat of danger, pain or harm. Fear can also mean being afraid of someone or something as likely to be dangerous, painful or harmful.
On Wednesday’s episode of VIGILANCE HOUR which was aired on Aseda Lutheran Radio, which is located in Accra (Ghana), Emelia Darlington (Hostess), dealt deeply into how living with negative effects of fear can cause serious havoc for humans.
According to Emelia, the word ‘FEAR’ has a negative meaning and a positive meaning as well. Emelia, lamented that ‘FEAR’ can mean ‘Forget Everything And Run’ and it can also mean ‘Face Everything And Rise in Jesus Christ’.
Furthermore, the ace broadcaster confirmed that most people go for the negative effects of fear; which can cause major problems on their health. She said that fear weakens the immune system so as to allow lots of diseases that attack the body. The immune system, therefore, is the system that prevents diseases from attacking the body. Therefore doing away with fear can help solve premature ageing and death.
In addition to that, the negative effects of fear can also decrease fertility; whereby making pregnancy and child birth more difficult.
Lets all remember the popular verse in the Holy Bible; 1 John 4:18; which says that THERE IS NO FEAR IN LOVE, BUT PERFECT LOVE CASTS OUT FEAR, HE WHO FEARS IS NOT PERFECTED IN LOVE.
Emelia Darlington ended by advising the loyal listeners of Aseda Lutheran Radio that they should do away with the negative effects of fear and focus on Jesus Christ. She said all these on the popular radio gospel show (Vigilance Hour)
Vigilance hour is aired on Aseda Lutheran Radio on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 2:00pm to 3:30pm
