There is a popular line in a hymn that says, “once to every man and nation comes the moment to decide”. Also, there is a saying that “the decisions we make today, affects our tomorrow”. As we all know, we are drawing near to the celebration of the death of our Lord Jesus Christ, I ask, what decisions did we make over the years anytime Easter draws closer? His death and His resurrection? I know most of us will usually take the opportunity to reaffirm our salvation and commitment to follow Christ, but again I ask, have we been able to keep that promise we made on the alter call? It is yet another time for each of us to decide as we reflect on the death of our Lord Jesus Christ. Will you follow Christ? Or will you follow and stay in the world? Obviously, the choice is ours, but I pray we make the right one and come to the saving knowledge of Christ.
