“Are there trails and temptations? Is there trouble anywhere? We should never be discouraged, take it to the Lord in prayer.” A popular verse from a popular Christian encouraging hymn, “what a friend we have in Jesus” Psalm 34:19 says “many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivereth him of them all”. The troubles, afflictions, tribulations and trails of this world are never ending, but as Christians and children of God, we live trusting in God to take care of all our needs. Let us not forget He carried all our burdens when He was crucified on the cross. He is able, He is our friend, and He said he will not forsake nor leave us. TRUST Him.
