God’s certain and eternal purpose in the lives of those who love Him is to give them ultimate victory in Jesus Christ who is our confidence to carry on in Life.

Hearing is how the Holy Spirit gives understanding to us … how He causes the Word of the Kingdom to grow deep into our hearts. Hearing is how the Holy Spirit reveals the salvation of Jesus Christ to us. It is as recorded in the Old Testament of Isaiah:

Person and work of the Trinity: teaching and preaching the Word rightly and administering the sacraments purely—in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.

Person and work of the Holy Spirit: Jesus witnessed of the Holy Spirit in John 16, saying, “He will glorify me and take what is mine and make it known to you.

Come Lord Jesus: On that day; death our strongest enemy will be destroyed. Jesus will raise us up bodily and spirit from the graves, dressed in His immortality

Jesus is the Way the Truth and Life: Of Him it is written: “The LORD your God will raise for you a prophet like me from your countrymen, you shall listen to Him
