It is normal to have fat in the liver, but the amount should not be too much. When fat is more than 5 to 10% of your liver’ s weight, it is known as fatty liver disease. This increases the risk of inflammation and damage to your liver.

What is the cause of fatty liver disease? Fatty liver is of two types, alcoholic fatty liver and non- alcoholic fatty liver. Experts believe that the first is due to excessive drinking and the second is due to many reasons other than alcohol. Other causes of fatty liver include high intake of fats and carbohydrates, diabetes and lack of physical activity.

What are the symptoms of fatty liver? What is worrying is that initially people do not show any symptoms of the disease, but eventually, they experience nausea, fatigue, restlessness and feeling sick.

What is the treatment of fatty liver disease?

There are many medications available in medicine to treat this condition, but you can also find relief with some lifestyle changes and home remedies.

Apple cider vinegar. One of the most effective home remedies for fatty liver disease is apple cider vinegar. It helps in weight loss by reducing the fat accumulated in the liver. It also promotes healthy liver function by reducing inflammation. All you need to do is mix a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with warm water and drink it twice a day before meals. You can also add honey to it to enhance the taste. Repeat this for two months to see the difference.

Lemon. According to a study published in NCBI, lemons are rich in vitamin C and antioxidants that help the liver produce glutathione. This enzyme neutralizes toxins in the liver. All you need to do is squeeze a lemon in a glass of water and drink it two or three times a day for a few weeks. It will help reduce the fat stored in the liver, which will naturally treat fatty liver disease.

Green tea. Green tea contains high- concentration catechins, which improve liver function and prevent fat accumulation in people with non- alcoholic liver disease (fatty liver). It prevents the accumulation of fat in the liver and also improves its function. Drink 3 to 4 cups of green tea regularly to avoid fatty liver disease.

Papaya. One of the main causes of fatty liver disease is eating fatty foods. According to Ayurveda, both papaya and its seeds are effective in burning fat, thereby preventing fatty liver disease naturally. For this you can eat a piece of papaya with honey every day. You can also grind its seeds and mix it in water and drink it daily.

May God heal anyone suffering from any kind of disease in Jesus’ Name
